The Woman's Domestic Violence Helpline is a Western Australian state-wide 24-hour service. This helpline provides support for women, with or without children, who are experiencing family and domestic violence in Western Australia (including referrals to women’s refuges). 1800 007 339

13YARN is the first national crisis support line for mob who are feeling overwhelmed or having difficulty coping. We offer a confidential one-on-one yarning opportunity with a Lifeline-trained Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Crisis Supporter who can provide crisis support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 13 92 76

QLife (3pm to midnight, every day) provides Australia-wide anonymous, LGBTI peer support and referral for people wanting to talk about a range of issues including sexuality, identity, gender, bodies, feelings or relationships. Phone: 1800 184 527 or webchat.

MensLine Australia offers free professional telephone counselling support for men with concerns about mental health, anger management, family violence (using and experiencing), addiction, relationship, stress and wellbeing. Available 24 hours, 7 days a week 1300 78 99 78

The Men’s Domestic Violence Helpline is a Western Australian state-wide 24-hour service. This service provides telephone information and referral to ongoing face to face services for men who are concerned about their violent and abusive behaviours. 1800 000 599

The Men’s Referral Service is operated by No to Violence and takes calls from men and women who are looking for help to improve their wellbeing and safety, who want to improve the wellbeing and safety of their children, or who are looking for help for their partner or another male family member. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 1300 766 491. 

1800 ELDERHelp (1800 353 374) is a free call phone number that automatically redirects callers seeking information and advice on elder abuse with the existing phone line service in their jurisdiction.

Elder abuse phone lines are not crisis support services, and operating hours and services vary across jurisdictions.

Say It Out Loud is an online resource for LGBTQA+ people who are experiencing family and intimate partner violence.

The WA Men’s Behaviour Change Network is a collaborative group established and facilitated by Stopping Family Violence Inc. (SFV) and developed to strengthen the working relationships across the perpetrator intervention system in Western Australia.
